I live on a small income and dont each much red meat and the such as it is so maybe it would be a good change for me. Guest guest Posted February 22, 2008 Report Share Posted February 22, 2008 Hello jennifer, I'm the same way all I consume is veggies and fish. I do still consume cheese and eggs but I drink soy milk. It all started for me when I saw how they slaughter animals and then I heard à doctor talk about how long meat stayed in your body...since I've giving up on red meat my skin is better, my nails are longer and my hair has à natural shine and I don't even miss red meat.. --mzyummydread...dreaming of rainbows Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
