Guest guest Posted February 23, 2008 Report Share Posted February 23, 2008 Jackfruit Hummus 2 cups of boiled jackfruit seed 1 large spoon of tahina 4 cloves of garlic 1 minced chilli juice of one lime 2 spoons olive oil salt and pepper half cup of sliced parsley Place two cups of boiled jackfruit seeds in a blender. Add one large spoon of tahina, four cloves of garlic, one minced chilli, the juice of one lime, two spoons of olive oil, salt and pepper and blend until smooth.
