Jackfruit Hummus

 

2 cups of boiled jackfruit seed

1 large spoon of tahina

4 cloves of garlic

1 minced chilli

juice of one lime

2 spoons olive oil

salt and pepper

half cup of sliced parsley

 

Place two cups of boiled jackfruit seeds in a blender. Add one large

spoon of tahina, four cloves of garlic, one minced chilli, the juice

of one lime, two spoons of olive oil, salt and pepper and blend until

smooth. Add half a cup of parsley and use as a dip for fresh vegetable sticks.
