Le Crueset

I am slowly replacing ALL my cookware with Le Creuset. I find it very easy to

use and to care

for. It always cleans up nicely, even when something sticks - I just soak it

with warm water

for a few hours. I am very careful when I handle it because it's heavy and I

only use wooden

utensils in it. Get a piece and try it out. It you live near a TJ MAXX they

almost always have it

at a significant discount.

Great suggestion! There are so many options with cookware, try one pan

and see. I didn't care for Le Crueset so I gave two pans to my sister,

she loves them. I use stainless steel myself.

I bought two at TJ MAX and saved a ton.

They are great for stews etc. They are heavy like cast iron, but with a enamel

coating.

I do love my cast iron too...and my ALL CLAD.

Now with doing only veggies, it's a breeze.
