Guest guest Posted February 26, 2008 Report Share Posted February 26, 2008 @@@@@ Deb's Middle Eastern Pesto 1/2 c fresh parsley 1/2 c fresh coriander 3 cloves of garlic 1/4 c lemon juice 1 ts salt 1 ts paprika 1 ts ground cumin 1/8 ts cayenne pepper 3 tb olive oil In food processor or blender, blend parsley, fresh coriander and garlic until finely chopped. Blend in lemon juice, salt, paprika, cumin and cayenne. Add olive oil; process until incorporated. Taste; adjust seasoning if necessary. Yield: 1 Half Cup Author: The Toronto Star Newspaper.
