Store covered in the refrigerator. Yield: Approx. 1 cup SERVING SUGGESTIONS: This is truly wonderful spread on crusty Italian bread or served with angel-hair pasta. Like piccada, its one of those useful things that turns into dips, spreads, soups, pasta, stews, marinades, etc. Those are such fun recipes to play with.
