Guest guest
I grow sprouts every few days in Glass Jars with plastic screen tops. It couldn't be easier. I got mine from handypantry.com. Mark M. Braunstein's book, SPROUT GARDEN is a very thorough, inexpensive and easy read. It will answer every question you could have. - Tony

Guest guest
Hi, I'm new here too, just haven't intoduced myself yet, not much of a writer, more of a reader I guess, feel a need to do my share of input so here goes. I have the Jar sprouter also, and LOVE IT! I have tried a couple others in the past and didn't like them, but these are great and like you said soooo easy. Makes the sprouts taste so much better than boughten ones, not to mention much safer. Also, I am with Lynda in the not knowing where I fit in. I too am not a total vegetarian. Just prefer it most of the time for health, and am starting to enjoy it more all the time. It has taken me a while, but the looks and taste of meat is " turning me off " more all the time.
