Guest guest
I like to sauté white hominy in olive oil with lots of diced onions, bell peppers and some yellow corn added, just for color. I call it Confetti Hominy. Just for fun, you can garnish this dish with pickled jalapeño pepper slices. Joanie

Guest guest
My Mother is Mexican and she has a way of making fried hominy with a lot of spices and hot peppers. I grew up on it, I'll try to get the recipe for the group. My Father is from India and he can't stand it so there's always plenty left for me to have seconds and thirds.
