I think you'll find lots of great recipes that your family will enjoy here. Expanding what we like and making things all kinds of way, helps us learn to enjoy good food. I just made the Zucchini Tomato Tart and my husband, who dislikes squash, even ate it and enjoyed it. Don't give up on things you might not have enjoyed prepared one way. I used to really get sick when I smelled aspargus cooking. Then I tried it cold in a sald at a luncheon somewhere and was shocked that it contained this and that I enjoyed it. It is so amazing that now I love aspargus fixed most any way and the smell no longer bothers me at all. My kids and myself have always been lacto ova vegetarian and my husband is most of the time. I am so glad that you have started your kids eating well at such a young age I wish I would have known to do that when my kids were young. I've only been a vegetarian for about 4 years, so I am still new to the process and trying to make sure I go about this a healthy way.
