I just got my copy of Classic Vegetarian Cooking from the Middle East

and North Africa today. Wow! All kinds of great things to try.

Some of the recipes call for burghul. I'm not familiar with this

ingredient. Can I find it at Whole Foods? What section would it be in?

Many thanks,

Mike

Judy,

Thanks. Bulgur wheat I'm familiar with. That simplifies things!
