Subway sandwiches

The closest Einstein is near my mom's....I get cravings and get one almost

every time I go over to her house. They're expensive but sooo good.

We don't have an Einstein Brothers here in Anchorage. Next time I take a trip

down I will look for one in Oregon.

I haven't seen one in Oregon. I tried to check at the website but the little

bagel cursor won't work for me. .

I had never heard of Einstein Bros. restaurants before. I checked the link in

the e-mail and was pleasantly surprised by it. My younger DD just moved up to

Palatine, IL. and (I'm smiling again!) it appears she lives very close to yet

another interesting place to visit--one of the Einstein Bros. establishments! I

definitely will have to make a trip up there to " visit " her and also see this

interesting eating place! (Their menu looked yummy, healthy, and " friendly " for

anyone--whether veggie or " omni " eaters!)
