Guest guest
For a variation on this recipe try adding a can of black beans to the rice mixture. Yum! Guest guest
I've made excellent tacos in the past using bulgur wheat and seasoning it with taco seasoning, etc. Even my daughter and her boyfriend liked them! Guest guest
I am going to make tacos this week by mashing the avocado with a can of chickpeas as the " meat " filling. Then top it with mixed greens (my fav) and Tofutti Sour Cream. I am not big on tomatoes, but I LOVE salsa, so that will probably get added, as I like really sloppy tacos!
