I´m nursing my baby and just starting to feed him fruits and vegetables, I found this group while searching for baby recepies. I´m not a vegetarian but have friends and family that are. I breastfed 5 daughters for from 2 years to 4 years. Making your own baby food is so easy and you will know exactly what is in it. Welcome, Nancy C. I´m 35 and have a 6 months old baby. I like this group as I have been veggie since October and LOVE IT. Plus, we have new meals each week, instead of chicken with this or chicken with that. I made all of my daughter's food until she was 1 year. I love the books by Annabel Karmel (sp?) Plus, pretty much anything you eat can be pureed for your son, minus the salt. Congratulations on your having your son, and for nursing. Will you continue with it? I am still nursing my 21 month old daughter. We had a rocky start (she had a double blood exchange transfusion and I pumped my little heart out for almost two weeks) but I wouldn't give up our relationship for the world!
