I think I'll freeze them for now (I figured you could, I freeze tempeh

too) as I hope it WAS just that particular brand. I'd hate to go

through the process of making it to discover that I still don't like it

(I need to find someone near me that makes it I guess!). No veg

restaurants, but maybe I can get into the city sometime where there are

some to see if they have it on the menu.

Thanks!

differ. Don't give up. I throw the packages in the freezer all the

time. I probably have a half dozen in there now.

If you happen to be near Seattle, VegFest is March 28th - 30th. It's

good way to taste products without having to buy a whole package of

something. VegFest is mostly all processed foods these days but they

do have cooking demos and lots of books too. If not near Seattle

maybe there's a similar function near you.

Peace,

Diane

Good idea, but I'm clear on the other side of the country unfortunately

(Boston)! I did just see that there's a whole foods expo in Boston

soon, so I'll check that out.

Hey, Jann, when and where is this expo? I live near Boston and utterly failed to

get to the

Boston Veg. Food Festival last fall.

Saw this on a website (don't remember which one)

http://expoeast.com/

I've never been - is it the same one?
