I didn't know what exactly to expect from joining the group. I am lacto-vegetarian by lifestyle since 17 yrs old and 40 years vegetarian by next year. The group messages are lovely, and speak much of positive energies. Thank you to the founders and all you lovely people who keep the ball rolling. I hope to try some of the recipes some time. You will find more recipes here than you could cook in a lifetime and there is usually always someone who can answer any questions you have. Enjoy!
