Guest guest
I have some nutritionl yeast flakes but I really don't know what to do with them. I have just heard to sprinkle it on stuff. Does anyone have any specific ideas for using this and how much should I use? Thanks! ~Danielle

Guest guest
I recently tried cooking with it for the first time. There are some recipes on this page: http://www.bulkfoods.com/nutritional_yeast_recipes.htmThe only one I have tried is the melty non-dairy cheese. It was okay in my opinon. I used it to make mac and " cheese " . Guest guest
I forget about my bottle too. If I remember, I do like to sprinkle on popcorn and think it is really tasty but don't know what else to do with it either. Guest guest
It's true that there are lots of recipes which use nutritional yeast as an ingredient. One of my favorite websites is RecipeZaar.com. I've made a mock parmesan cheese recipe with nutritional yeast from the Vegan Family Cookbook, which I think is really tasty. Aside from using it on spaghetti and other pasta dishes, I even sprinkle it on top of my veggie burgers. Guest guest
Kristen, Thanks for the ideas. I didn't realize you can do a search on there for specific food item, it came up with tons of recipes to try. I will also try just adding some to different foods, see how it goes, liked your idea of adding it to veggie burger and pasta! ~Danielle
