Guest guest Posted April 9, 2008 Report Share Posted April 9, 2008 Ustipke 2 cups flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup soy milk 1/3 cup olive or Canola oil In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the center and add the soy milk and oil. Whisk until smooth. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Let rest for 15 to 20 minutes. Heat 1/3 cup canola oil in a sauce pot. Drop batter by spoonfuls in the hot oil. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels. Enjoy. I sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on mine. Makes 20 to 30 ustipke.
