Guest guest
Hi Max... I don't know how to make it, but I looked at the ingredients on a box once, and it is veggie....the main difference is alot of added sugar and corn syrup. Guest guest
Here's a recipe I have, plus .... KETTLE KORN Kettle corn is easy: Start with 3 tablespoons of oil and a couple of kernals of popcorn in a large pot (or kettle). When the kernals pop, the oil is hot enough to continue. Add 3 tablespoons of sugar to the oil and stir to dissolve. Add 1/2 cup of popcorn, cover and pop, shaking the pot so that it doesn't burn. When the popping stops, empty into a bowl and add a little salt Here's another that's good!..... MILK CHOCOLATE POPCORN Ingredients 12 cups popped corn 2½ cups (12-oz. can) salted peanuts 1¾ cups milk chocolate chips, (11.5-oz.pkg.) 1 cup light corn syrup ¼ cup butter or margarine Directions PREHEAT oven to 300F. Grease large roasting pan. Line serving plate with waxed paper. COMBINE popcorn and nuts in prepared roasting pan. Combine morsels, corn syrup and butter in medium, heavy-duty saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Pour over popcorn; toss well to coat. BAKE, stirring frequently, for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool slightly in pan; remove to prepared serving plate. Store in airtight container for up to two weeks. Yields: 14 cups ~LISA You don't stop laughing because you grow old, you grow old because you stopped laughing

Guest guest
Kettle Corn 1/4 cup oil 1/2 cup unpopped popcorn kernels 1/4 cup white sugar salt to taste Warm pot on the stove. Place oil and a couple of kernels of unpopped popcorn in the pot, and heat on high until the kernels pop. Add remaining kernels and sugar, and stir until oil coats the kernels, sugar melts and corn begins to pop. Cover with a lid that has a vent, and shake until the popping slows. Remove from heat, empty into another container, removing kernels that might be scorched. Sprinkle with salt, and serve. Makes 5 servings.
