Gujarati Instant " KHAMAN "

INGREIDENTS:-

For 4 Persons:

Gram Flour............250 Gms.

Tarteric Acid......... 1/2 T/spn.

Soda Bi-Carb...........1/2 T/spn.

Chopped Corianderleaves20 gms

Mustered seeds.........1/2 T/spn.

Salt ..................3/4 T/spn.

Oil....................2 Table Spn.

Sugger ................2 T/Spn.

Water

 

 

Boil 6 cup water in a big pot

Mix gram Flour,Salt, Tarteric Acid add 2.5 cup water and steer well

in such a pot , which can easily be kept in big pot for steemed.

add Soda Bicarb and steer quickly untill furmentation.

 

Keep this Poit in Boiling water and cover it to cook in steem.

Steem for 10 Min.

Bring to Room Temp.

Fry Mustered seeds in Oil , add 1 Cup water and Sugger. After Boiling

Bring it also to Room Temp.

add this sweet water to Cooked " KHAMAN "

Garnish with Cariender leaves.

 

Ready to surve.

which is in India, does it not? These, then, would be a variety of Indian

cuisine recipes. Northern India, I believe? I have a friend who lived there

many years.
