Guest guest
Hello everyone! Earth Day celebrations in the Philippines sometimes takes a week. Yesterday we had our 1st Healthy Food Congress where I had a vegetarian sign-up, launched macro-vegetarian diet of a friend, and we discussed Ozonation for Safe Food, Air and Water, together with Vegetarianism, etc. I asked the Venue Chef to prepare to prepare for pure vegetarian Sweet and Sour Tofu and Thai Tofu Curry, which were served together with 2 macrobiotic dishes of my friend. Even non-vegetarians found them yummy. Today, Early am, we had Fluvial Parade. Earth Day Network spearheaded one day concelebration of groups that kept on chanting, meditating, praying, with demonstrations of Yoga exercises, and vegetarian lunch for everyone. Hurray to Vegetarians as environmentalists and lovers of Mother Earth! OFEL Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile. Try it now. Guest guest
Thanks so much for sharing. It's nice to read how Earth Day was celebrated around the world. I went to a local event in the park and worked in my yard later in the day. Marsha , ofelia santos <ofelia_santos326 wrote: > > Hello everyone! Guest guest
I been working on weekends lately, so this weekend I spent the day mowing down the lawn. Now my backyard looks good. I took soda and beer cans to the recycle place and now I have to work on the front lawn today. Its alot of hard work but looks good when its done. Glad I have a crockpot so I didn't have to spend time trying to cook. Paul
Guest guest
This sounds like an awsome way to celebrate the being of our existence. I will be " growing " a Poe-tree with my 4th graders tomorrow, but that has been the extent....I am planning a compost heap for the back yard... How do I keep the dog out, and get the landlord to approve it? Hmmmmmm Cassie " life's a garden, dig it!
