It's all up to you.

You can look in the kids recipe folder and see if any those recipes catch your

eye. There are great cookbooks out there like the Nava Atlas 5-Ingredient

Vegetarian cookbook, very easy tasty recipes in that book. Try making some of

the sandwich and wrap recipes in our files. If you don't like certain veggies

look for recipes using them and give them a try again. Are you missing the taste

of meat? I think so if you said you almost gave up being a vegetarian last

night. Maybe you need to incorporate more of the alternative meat products into

your diet. It's not very hard to get a pack of corn tortillas, a package of

Smart Life Taco flavored crumbles and make soft tacos or burritos, here's the

link

Help for a picky eater!

I have officially been a vegetarian for 1 year this month! Last night I thought

I was going to

have to give up though. Not because I like meat or anything, but because I am

getting

burned out on my vegetarian food. I am a really picky eater. I am also really

scared to try

new things, so I haven't been able to venture out too much. I guess I am kind of

like a picky

kid! Any suggestions on vegetarian meals or main dishes that are good for picky

eaters?

Where should I look? I have been browsing the files, but I feel overwhelmed.

Thanks for any advice!

Hi! Thanks for the advice! I don't really think I am missing the taste of

meat, I think it is

just that I know how to cook more things that have meat in them. I think it is

also

because some of the stuff like seitan just sounds scary! I think I will try to

look for kid

friendly vegetarian recipes. Maybe I will have some luck there.
