Guest guest Posted April 23, 2008 Report Share Posted April 23, 2008 @@@@@ SOL FARM PEPPER RELISH with Maple Syrup and Cider Vinetar 4 sweet peppers, cut in 2-inch chunks (3 to 5) 1 large yellow onion, cut in 2-inch chunks 1 cup cider vinegar 1/2 cup maple syrup 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard powder 1/2 tsp hot red pepper flakes 1 Tbsp finely chopped peeled fresh ginger 4 medium cloves garlic, smashed, peeled and minced 2 tsp cardamom seeds Pulse peppers and onion in food processor (or mince). Cook all ingredients over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until liquid is reduced to desired consistency!
