Genesis bread ? what's for lunch?

Thank you very much. I do know Ezekiel bread, now I will look for the. Genesis

bread.

I love hearty bread with plenty of seeds and grains

No, it is right there beside the Ezekial bread in the freezer. I chose this one

because it had pumpkin seeds, which I love. I found it the freezer in the

produce dept at Krogers that has organic/veggie foods. Actually there are 2

freezers like that next to produce, this was the one with pizzas, gardenburgers,

boca, MornStar, etc.

This is on the label:

GENESIS 1:29

And God said, " Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon

the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree

yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.

This is the one I bought, and if you back off the link you can read the

ingredients in all of them:

Saul, can't wait to find out how your chili was. I had:

 

Genesis Bread (blue label) -

1/2oz sunflower and pumpkin seeds

Sunbutter, milled flax seed sprinkled on top, sprinkled with cinnamon.

Upcoming snack: banana

It is so good lightly toasted with SunButter (sunflower seed butter) spread

over it while still hot so it melts. Then I top with my gnf flaxs and

cinnamon. It does feel incredibly rich and hearty.
