Sun butter,

I'm goign to have to look for SunButter. I've not had that before. Do you

find it mostly at health food stores?

I did not like sun butter at all. It tastes just like peanut butter which I

loath. I like sunflower seeds so thought I might like it. I threw it away. A

few days ago I got a jar of almond butter which my daughter tells me I will like

better. I haven't the courage to try it yet.

it's true, it much like peanut butter, only non-hydrogenated. I suppose the

natural PBs are too. I love peanut butter and was extremely happy with this,

as I think it's a step up from a peanut. I went to Krogers today and did find

it there, int the organics aisle where they had quite a lot of peanut butter

things, actually. I almost didn't see it there were so many. It was all the

way at the bottom the last ones, and they had 3 versions, smooth, crunchy,

organic.

I live up in North Dakota a big sunflower seed producing state and

discovered sunbutter after I moved up here. We enjoy the honey crunch

sunbutter. MMMM...good!

for allergic people version of peanut butter can be found at trader's joe and is

called soy butter
