Guest guest Posted May 1, 2008 Report Share Posted May 1, 2008 Papas Chorreadas (Colombia) 6 large potatoes, cooked, peeled 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 medium onion, chopped 2 large tomatoes, chopped salt and pepper to taste 1/2 cup cream or soy milk 1 cup muenster or jack cheese, grated Saute onion in oil until soft. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper. Saute 5 minutes. Stir in cream and cheese until cheese begins to melt. Arrange potatoes on serving platter and top with sauce.
