What don't you like about them? Have you cooked them with apple?

Yup, I now drink tea without any sweeteners either. Anyone who's known

me awhile knows what a miracle that is. Dandelion greens. Yum. One of

my favorite greens in my green smoothie. Now, I wish I could learn to

love mustard greens. :-)

No, I need to try that. I've only had them raw in my smoothie and

they've BURNED!!! But I might like them the way you prepare them.

Try stewing them up like you would collards. With lots of sweet onion

and cooked until tender. Eat over a pile of mashed potatoes or

cornbread. Yum!

We wash well, dice them up, and drop into small amount of boiling water with a

little cooking oil and salt. Stir occasionally as they reduce in size. Cook

until tender, but still bright green.. Drain most of the broth into a cup(I

drink this). They are one of my favorite greens prepared this simple way.

They aren't peppery tasting once they are cooked. They are a mild but tasty

greens.

Cook up some butter beans with some field peas and a cast iron frying pan of

corn bread. Dice up some tomatoes and sweet onions over your beans on your

plate and you have a delicious meal.
