Guest guest
That's my recipe. Thanks for the great review. Sure, make them into burgers. How did you eat them? If you use a white sauce they are a mick Swedish meatball and they are great with pasta sauce as a hot mock meatball sandwich or on spaghetti. I like them plain with a spoonful of horseradish sauce or wasabi too, doesn't do much for my eye make-up though LOL. Donna , " Barb " <tigger_twins wrote: > > thank you to whomever posted the recipe. Guest guest
We had them with noodles that had mushroom soup on them. The soup I had made for lunch and this was the left over. The non meatballs were separate and each child ate 4. Surprising for the little one because usually he won't try anything new. Guest guest
I also made these and loved them. Four out of six of us thought they were great. Ironically my veggie eater didn't like them, and my oldest refused to eat them when dh told him they were made of eggplant (I have asked him to never tell them until after they've tried it). I did make changes (as I always make changes). I also added some mozarella cheese, cumin, chili powder, and cracker girl. My dh wants me to make them in burger patties next time with melted sliced cheese and grilled onion. I also had to add a lot more bread crumbs. You've made me hungry for them, so I might just run to the store and get some eggplant for dinner tonight. Kelly, FL
Guest guest
I keep on seeing these great reviews and would love to try them but I can't find them in the files. I must be blind. Can you assist me. Thanks, Sarah B. Kelly Best <bests4him wrote: I also made these and loved them. Four out of six of us thought they were great.
