I wish I knew where I could buy something like this. I live in

Carnivore country and it is so Hard to find produce and anything

organic.

I looked on netgrocer and did not see this.

If someone knew how to make this that would benefit a few of us out

here who either do not have access to products like this or prefer home

made.

Thanks

I just use all i oli, which is traditionally vegan and my recipe is in

the files. It does get really thick (the spoon, or fork stands on

it), like mayo, and it lasts a while in the fridge. Never tried it

without the garlic (or less garlic) but it should work too. Now, if I

try it some day I will post the results, but then the problem becomes:

I am going to go trough the trouble to make this, so I WANT GARLIC!

Sorry, I just love garlic. And I don't know of any use for mayo where

all i oli would not also work....

here is a link that looks good (no garlic ;-) but I have not tried

it. If anyone does, would you let us know if it works?

There are several mayo recipes in the Sauces folder subfolder

Condiments. Judy's MarviWhip regularly gets positive reviews.
