Guest guest
I am about 4 weeks into my vegetarian diet and love it. However, my body is not in complete agreement. I have read the Suzanne Havala book on Vegetarians for Dummies and follow it but fatigue or low energy is a problem. I get tired easily. Are there any foods out there to deal with low energy? Thank you.

I quit ALL animals products, but here I am 6 months later and I feel GREAT try juicing and making sure you are grazing during the day with nuts and fruits Kathleen VA - barlowhumphreys Wednesday, May 14, 2008 8:18 PM Newly Vegetarian Seeks Energy Food to Deal with Fatigue I am about 4 weeks into my vegetarian diet and love it. Guest guest
Please make sure you have your blood checked to see if your sugar level, blood count, thyroid, etc. are OK. I had even more energy after becoming vegetarian. Make sure you are eating a variety of greens, beans, grains, fruits, etc. Donna - In , " barlowhumphreys " <barlowhumphreys wrote: > > I am about 4 weeks into my vegetarian diet and love it. Guest guest
I don't know about other people, but for me, when I'm lacking energy and feeling worn out, if I eat broccoli and lentils, it makes me feel a whole lot better.
