a question or two.

does it freeze well, well like ground beef would. can i make a few more

servings as i used to do and then freeze in portions sized packs?

just a question i've been wanting to ask . . . .

I make a huge pot of bolognaise sauce using tvp, then freeze it in

single serving packs - keeps for weeks or as long as it takes me to

eat it - but it is my favourite food so I have it at least twice a week.

I add it to chili and spaghetti sauce too. It freezes fine.
