Nope, just keep passing good vegetarian food his way when he's over. Don't push

him, it never works.

Donna,

Thank you for the welcome. I have a meat eater as a friend who comes

over and eats A LOT, a good four times a week. Any ideas on how to ease

him into giving up meat?

Be well,

Annie

That's the best you can do. Keep serving tasty meals. Who can resist homemade

garden vegetable spaghetti sauce, bean and rice enchiladas, etc

My carnivores will eat meatless chili. I use bulgar wheat in place of

ground beef. I've starting making meatless dishes. I serve a lot of bean

dishes.
