Guest guest Posted January 21, 2007 Report Share Posted January 21, 2007 Just the other day, I saw Salba for the first time, in tortilla chips. I bought some. Tastes good in the chips! I'm really wondering about this magic food. How do we use it? It sounds like you grind it and use it like you would flax seed meal, in place of part of the flour in recipes. However there are other sites that also exclaim the virtues of this seed.
