Just the other day, I saw Salba for the first time, in tortilla

chips. I bought some. Tastes good in the chips! I'm really

wondering about this magic food. How do we use it? It sounds like you

grind it and use it like you would

flax seed meal, in place of part of the flour in recipes. I would

really like to find some of the grains and give them a try in baked

goods.

I've read good things about it but haven't seen it for sale. I will check it

out.

I've been to that site, unfortunately it is the company that has named this type

of chia. However there are other sites that also exclaim the virtues of this

seed. It appears to be even more health promoting than flax while having less

taste
