Guest guest Posted May 29, 2008 Report Share Posted May 29, 2008 Cabbage Chips 4 leaves of Savoy cabbage 2 tsps. clarified unsalted butter, I used a soy margarine celery salt Poach the cabbage leaves for 3 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain on paper towels. Brush lightly with butter. Season. Place on a rack and dry in an 175 degree oven for 1 to 2 hours until crisp. Let cool. Looking for the perfect gift? Give the gift of Flickr! Will any other type of cabbage work?
