Vegan Essentials is a great online company (www.veganessentials.com) and they carry " Better than Milk " soy beverage mix in powdered form. As a bonus, it has no carageenan in it! > Also, I have been reading the posts on carageenan. > Does anyone know if > there are any nut milks etc. (not soy or rice) that > do not have this > ingredient? I drink Westbrae Organic UNSWEETENED Soymilk in asceptic packs (I buy by the case from my co-op). It's only ingredients are filtered water and whole organic soybeans. Guest guest
Does anyone have a source for powdered soy milk? I have looked around our area and can't find anyplace local that has it. I can order it from Amazon.com, but it's in large quantities and without trying it first, I'm hesitant to want a big supply. Thanks Michelle
Guest guest
You can try going to your local Adventist Book Center, they have health/nutrition centers within their stores, or you can go online to: www.andysmarket.com. Andy's Market is located in College Place, Washington. They sell a lot of vegetarian things, and have an online catalog you can order from. Of course, you will have to pay for shipping, as well. You can order things in quantities, also, if that is your wish. ___________ All is not lost! Guest guest
We love the Better than Milk soy powder milk. Another option besides your health food stores and the Adventist book Centers are here on Amazon. It has no shipping charge or sales tax and is a good price. http://www.amazon.com/Better-Than-Milk-21-4-Ounce-Canisters/dp/B000FH2YGG/ref=pd\ _sim_gro_title_3 I buy lots of my canned Worthington and Loma Linda Products on Amazon also, for great price, no shipping or sales tax and it is usually at my door in less than a week. http://www.amazon.com/Loma-Linda-Tender-Bits-19-Ounce/dp/B000AY9SR2/ref=acc_glan\ ce_groc_ai_-2_1_img Judy - karfranw Monday, June 02, 2008 11:36 PM Re: powdered soy milk You can try going to your local Adventist Book Center, they have health/nutrition centers within their stores, or you can go online to: www.andysmarket.com.
