Those are absolutely delicious. My hubby ate 7 of them! Tomorrow we're going to Subway to get veggie subs and we're going to come home and put the " meat " balls on them. Are you going to add some pasta sauce to the sandwich tomorrow? Guest guest Posted May 30, 2008 Report Share Posted May 30, 2008 Hi Lawanna, Theres some extra sauce leftover from dinner on top of the " meat " balls. So that will also be added to the sandwiches. :-) You know I have been amazed at how easy this has been. It is more work planning and preparing our meals, but other then that it has been amazingly simple. Neither one of us has missed the meat at all and that amazes me. As a matter of fact, when we talk about meat we both start feeling like gagging. :-) Hubby has decided that he will eat fish. He doesn't have all the facts yet so I'll let him have his fun for now. But the other night we went out to dinner and afterwards he said he could feel the oil from the fried fish coming out of his pores and he hated that feeling. Now he says he will only eat baked fish. I'll give him about three months before he decides to cut it completely out of his diet. LOL      Tami Your life is an occasion.
