It's one of my favorite meals as it is fast & easy. The day before it was mexican soup with rice, red beans, tomatoes & some jalepeno peppers diced up for a little spice. I used vegetable stock & tomato juice for the base. I love tea as well - seldom do I drink soda. It was fresh brewed iced tea today and yesterday it was hot Red tea with vanilla added. I grilled a Boca burger and I topped it with some roasted garlic (I spread it on the burger) and then I added a romaine leaf and some shredded fennel (anise) root and some of the fern root looking sprigs on top. I added some croutons, sunflower seeds, red pepper flakes, parmasean cheese, imitation baco bits, and catalina dressing over my salad........
