Cool, dip in egg, flour and a sprinkle os parmesan Add remaining ingredients. Cover zucchini slices on both sides with the mixture. Place onto a hot sprayed or oiled griddle. Brown on each side. When I make it, my house smells like grease all day, but the outcome is YUMMY!
