Expired soy milk carton?

I personally won't use products that expire long after the expiration date. I

would say that is safe but I would use it up within the next week. I don't use

much soy milk either, I don't buy it in bulk. I use a little on cereal or use

unsweetened when making mashed potatoes, that type thing.

I have the prepackaged stuff and was wondering if it is " safe " to use

it after the expiration? I have two packages that expired on May 29. I

found that I do not like it all that much and only make a couple of

recipes with it, so it didn't get used up quickly enough.

Since people have commented on using soy milk after date, would this

be similar?
