Guest guest
I personally won't use products that expire long after the expiration date. I would say that is safe but I would use it up within the next week. I don't use much soy milk either, I don't buy it in bulk. I use a little on cereal or use unsweetened when making mashed potatoes, that type thing. Donna --- On Wed, 6/4/08, itshotinjt04 <itshotinjt04 wrote: itshotinjt04 <itshotinjt04 Expired tofu? Wednesday, June 4, 2008, 9:00 AM I have the prepackaged stuff and was wondering if it is " safe " to use it after the expiration? I have two packages that expired on May 29. I found that I do not like it all that much and only make a couple of recipes with it, so it didn't get used up quickly enough. Since people have commented on using soy milk after date, would this be similar?
