Guest guest Posted June 9, 2008 Report Share Posted June 9, 2008 Hungarian-Style Pickled Peppers & nbsp; & nbsp; 8 cups water 4 cups vinegar 1 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon salt 1 heaping tablespoon pickling spices any color sweet peppers fresh dill sprigs & nbsp; Bring together water, vinegar, sugar, salt and pickling spices to a boil. Leave to simmer for 30 minutes. Slice or cut sweet peppers into wedges removing membranes and seeds. Pack sterilized jars with sweet pepper slices or wedges and a sprig of fresh dill.
