I've been vegetarian since I was a teenager and vegan since last year (at my teenage son's request to make the transition together). I like to invent vegetarian/vegan recipes; I make soy yogurt and cheese; this summer I'm working on ways to bake bread between two iron skillets outside on a hibachi. I do well with dairy yogurt, but my attempts at soy yogurt have not set up and have been, well, disgusting. Looking forward to hearing from you.
