[recipe] Dilly Mashed Potatoes

Those sound wonderful. I usually add a little wasabi powder to my mashed

potatoes. Great little kick to them.

I love to add dill weed to potato salad and pasta salad.

Here is my recipe for dilly mashed potatoes.

Donna's mention of adding dill to her mashed potatoes

reminded me of it; I haven't made this one in a long time. :)

 

Dilly Mashed Potatoes

 

2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed

My youngest loves to make homemade mashed potatoes. When she mashes them

up, she adds a little milk, some smart balance light(with Flax seed oil),

sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic salt, and Ms. Dash. This is one of her

favorite comfort foods. Well that a whole can of Worthington Tender Rounds,

just heated up in a bowl. LOL
