I enjoy rehydrating them and adding them to soups

You can buy them in a large plastic jug at Sam's Club near the spices.

Thanks everyone! I will be adding this to my shopping list. I have tried

to stretch out shopping to every two weeks, but I doubt it will be possible.

It appears that it has to be at least every week because of all the fresh

produce. Yikes, that sucks because I hate the grocery store. I love it

once I am in there, but it is hard to muster up the energy to go. Once you

shop, then you have to bring it in, unpack it all, and separate/organize,

and put it all away. It is such a chore. (rant rant rant) LOL

 

 

 

I am lucky enough to have a Trader Joe's, Wild Oats Market/Whole Foods, and

my beloved 6 acres store Jungle Jim's. It is a shopper's dream!!
