I like crunchy stuff in my plain yogurt, but I am allergic to peanuts

and tree nuts, so I am sort of limited. Things I have tried and like

are chow mein noodles (I need to check the ingredients in these, now),

Wheat Nuts, and golden flax seeds. Any other ideas?

Dave.

granola

seeds: sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, sesame seeds

I agree with you -- I love crunchy stuff in my daily smoothie. In my

case, I use fresh blueberries and sunflower seeds.

What about Grape Nuts cereal in plain yogurt.....you can always add a little

honey or sugar, and fresh fruit, if you like. I even like Rice Crispies in

yogurt along with blueberries or strawberries.

How about trying some granola, the kind with out the nuts. I do it

all the time and it tastes great, especially the kind with just oats

and fruit.
