Guest guest
I like crunchy stuff in my plain yogurt, but I am allergic to peanuts and tree nuts, so I am sort of limited. Things I have tried and like are chow mein noodles (I need to check the ingredients in these, now), Wheat Nuts, and golden flax seeds. Any other ideas? Dave. Guest guest
granola seeds: sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, sesame seeds I agree with you -- I love crunchy stuff in my daily smoothie. In my case, I use fresh blueberries and sunflower seeds. Sharon padmasanadave wrote: > I like crunchy stuff in my plain yogurt, but I am allergic to peanuts > and tree nuts, so I am sort of limited. Guest guest
What about Grape Nuts cereal in plain yogurt.....you can always add a little honey or sugar, and fresh fruit, if you like. I even like Rice Crispies in yogurt along with blueberries or strawberries. Guest guest
How about trying some granola, the kind with out the nuts. I do it all the time and it tastes great, especially the kind with just oats and fruit. booliterary21 , " nancy curtis " <nancihank wrote: > > What about Grape Nuts cereal in plain yogurt.....you can always add a little honey or sugar, and fresh fruit, if you like.
