Remove from the heat and mix well, let cool. In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Serve on bread, crackers, pita bread or use as a filler for lettuce wraps. Note-You can sub the TVP for 8 ozs of tempeh, steam it for 15 mins. crumble it and sprinkle a little Old Bay seasoning over it, omit the bouillon granules and proceed with the recipe. FYI, if anyone has a Trader Joe's nearby, they offer a fabulous vegan mayo. It's really delish!
