Guest guest
Has anyone used the product Anutra: Better than Flax? It's supposed to be a great source of Omega-3s. You can get it in seed form or ground. It is actually chia seed (yep - as in Chia Pet)! I've been using it awhile and I don't have strange green hair growth, so at least it's safe in that way! There's not a lot of info about it on the internet that I've found, so just wanted to know if anyone has any good or bad info about it. Guest guest
I haven't heard of Anutra, but Chia seeds are great! Just make sure you buy food-grade Chia and don't open up one of those growing kits and eat it. :-) Sharon akorman1960 wrote: > Has anyone used the product Anutra: Better than Flax? Guest guest
Never heard of it, seems a member asked about this last month. I tried to find it in Whole Foods, no luck. I will wait until more is out there on it. Might not be healthy at all, I'm skeptical. I use flax and hemp seeds.
