Asian potato salad is too. Take a look, the folder is in the salad folder. You want it to taste like the yummy potatoes so this is what I do. I don't add olives, pickles, relish, Miracle Whip or any of those things. The only time I will add eggs is if my nephew from out of state is here visiting.
