Has to be my potato salad I talked about yesterday. Then I do have some good

pasta salad recipes in the files

Question of the Week - What are some of your

favorite outdoor potluck dishes?

 

 

Hi Everyone,

Hope you are enjoying your summer and outdoor eating.

 

Our Question of the Week this week, is what are some of your favorite dishes

to take for outdoor potlucks?

 

It is interesting to see what different ones of us, includes in this and

gives us inspiration.

 

Hope you having fun in the sun, at the beach, your backyard, parks, camping,

etc.......

 

Time for us to set up our badmitton net, so we can enjoy playing some in the

early evening.

Well I know what you mean. I have nevert made anything from the group files

that didn't turn out delicious. I have made plenty of recipes from cookbooks

that ended were time consuming and ended up trashed or my nephew and his buddies

ate it. Those guys eat anything you put in front of them so their opinions done

count lol

I am a terrible cook! Plus I don't even like to cook!

So I usually take a salad. I don't have a lot of recipes, so I look up

different kinds of salad recipes on line. They usually turn out great and

everyone loves them because they are not the usual salad.

That's another reason why I love this group, all the different recipes, it's

great!

Okay, my favorite dish is not one bit original, but it's hands down a

favorite and easy preparation for a potluck: Caprese Salad! I love

fresh (homegrown if possible) tomatoes (any kind) mixed with fresh

basil and fresh mozzarella cheese. . . .Mmmmmmm!
