hey Terri,

Those are really good, but ya know what is better?

get the Quorn " chicken " pieces. I forget what they are called, but they are

pieces usually used in stir fries, and use a wing recipe for them, I use butter

and hot sauce, I will look up the recipe if anyone wants but it is pretty basic,

and I add some garlic powder, and then just heat them int he oven until they

look a bit caramelized. OMG! deeeeelish!!!

dip em' in some blue cheese dressing, just be careful what blue cheese you use

because most imports contain rennet. The American made at whole foods has no

rennet.

hugs,

Chanda

Quorn

With all of this talk about Quorn, I decided to try it. We tried the

Southwestern Chik'n Wings. " We " being, my daughter (a vegetarian in

process) and I - very good! My daughter told me I had to buy a lot

more. My very carnivorous son decided he wanted to try one, and then

asked for another :), but my sceptical husband would only try one

bite. He didn't comment on taste, only wanted to know what it really

was *LOL*.

It is a slow process,

Chanda,

I already thought about getting those. I don't remember what they

call them either. I love all spicy/hot foods. I like blue cheese,

but not blue cheese dressing. I use ranch instead :)

*LOL* I don't, but my daughter does! Both of my daughters think

ranch dressing is one of the main food groups. That and ketchup!
