Guest guest
I adapted this from a non-vegetarian recipe. Taco Soup in the CP 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped celery 4 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) tomatoes with liquid (I use Del Monte Stewed Tomatoes, Mexican Recipe) 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce 1/2 cup salsa (I use mild or medium) 1 package taco seasoning mix 2 cans (14 ounces each) kidney beans, with liquid 1 can (17 ounces) corn, with liquid Grated cheddar cheese and/or tortilla chips Crumbles (1/2 package or whole package) Add at end Saute celery and onion together in a little butter and cook until limp. Combine celery, onion, and remaining ingredients except cheese and Crumbles in crockpot. Cook on high for an hour and then on low about 2 hrs. If you like more liquid add some boiled water. 1/2 hour before it's done toss in the Crumbles. To serve, ladle into bowls and top with grated cheese and/or tortilla chips. Serves

Guest guest
I think they are referring to Morningstar Farms Recipe Crumbles, which is sold in a green bag and is basically fake (tvp) ground beef. I use it in place of ground beef in a lot of traditional recipes like spaghetti with meat sauce, goulash, tacos, etc. Anyway I think most major grocery stores carry it now.
