Guest guest
Well now (about three days ago actually) I found a way to NOT be in a *total* vegetative state in my many wasted hours on the computer...LOL.... I moved the computer chair completely out of the room and the only option for sitting is my exercise ball! I've already noticed a difference in my legs and my back is killing me LOL...finally working those long lost muscles!!! It's cool when I hear one of those annoyingly perky songs I just start bouncing away and there's a few minutes of movement that would otherwise be lost..... I feel " perkier " too...maybe I'm finally getting oxygen to my brain? OH NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

Guest guest
That sounds like a really good idea. Wonder if my boss would let me trade my chair in for an exercise ball. Guest guest
My sis in law works for a big architecture firm in Boston. She doesn't see customers, so she was allowed to trade her chair in for the ball. Her butt firmed up quick! LOL Cassie " life's a garden, dig it!
