Guest guest
I just found RED quinoa at whole foods and bought some. Haven't tried it yet. Can anyone tell me the difference? Is it similar to the difference between lentils? ¸.·´ .·´¨¨)) ((¸¸.·´ .·´ -:¦:- Terri -:¦:- ((¸¸.·´ Genesis 2:15 The Lord God then took the man and settled him in the garden of Eden, to cultivate and care for it. Guest guest
I haven't noticed a difference in them. I've used both several times. Guest guest
To me, the red has a little bit more of a nice crunch, but I think I might be tricking myself about that since everything I've seen in writing says there's no difference. It's very pretty, isn't it? The cooking process is exactly the same. Enjoy!! Peace, Mo Terri Partyka wrote: > I just found RED quinoa at whole foods and bought some. Haven't tried > it yet. Guest guest
I have cooked up all 3, I believe there is a black one too I found a few years ago in a south American corner store. They all tasted the same but they sure look different. I'm going to go and see if I can find the black quinoa again.
